Making decision can be difficult. All decisions come with pros and cons. The downside is we rarely take the time to weigh the pros and cons. We usually act on irrational thoughts that sound good at the present of time. These thoughts lead to actions that can sometimes end in trouble. As we get older, we need to be conscious of our actions. One bad decision can have dire consequences. There are several reasons why we need to stay out of trouble.
1. Job- You may not have your dream job now, but suppose you are or plan to be in the market for a successful career. Most jobs will conduct a background check and even the smallest offense can cancel you out of an opportunity. If you are currently employed, this may affect your position or even lead to termination.
2. Unnecessary expenses- Court Cost, Restitution fees, etc. Legal trouble can be very expensive. Depending on the offense you may incur multiple fees. In additional to court cost, depending on the situation, you may have to attend a correctional class such as dui or traffic classes. These expenses are paid out of pocket and usually up front.
3. Ruined Reputation- Sadly to say, someone can easily remember the brawl at the bar rather than the volunteer work at the recreational center. Your behavior is being watched even when you least expect it. Let’s face it, people talk and gossip spreads fast. Surrounding yourself around positive people and doing the right thing all the time will save you from being the conversation at the dinner table or the hot topic on the six o clock news.
4. Incarceration- Remember, all it takes is one bad decision and you can find yourself serving hard time. No one has the intention of ending up behind bars. Usually if you are repeatedly in trouble the court will think you are showing a disregard for the law. This can result in jail time for a minor offense.
It is not always easy to do the right thing and stay out of trouble. We should always exercise good judgment and think about the consequences of our actions. Think about it, would you rather carry on with your life knowing you have done the right thing or live with constant regrets?

The most primitive drugstores go back to the Middle Ages. Arabian pharmacist in Baghdad are known to be the first to open drugstores. Many more followed, servicing all over the ancient Islamic world and ultimately ancient Europe. Eventually by the nineteenth-century in North America and Europe many drugstores evolved into sizeable pharmaceutical giants.
Present day key pharmaceutical companies were established towards the end of the nineteenth-century and the beginning of the twentieth-century. Major findings of the 1920s to the 1930s, like penicillin and insulin were accumulated and dispersed. Germany, Italy and Switzerland were in the front of the pharmaceutical industry with the US, Belgium, Netherlands and UK following behind.
Today in the millennium, a feat that has never been done before transpired. Global expenditure on prescription drugs pinnacled six-hundred-forty-three billion dollars, even though expansion in North America and Europe waned. America is responsible for about half of the world’s pharmaceutical marketplace, with at least two-hundred-eighty-nine billion dollars in yearly sales trailed by Japan and the EU. Up-and-coming markets Russia, Mexico, China and South Korea were stronger with 81% in market share.
The top performing pharmaceutical companies are listed in various orders depending on which directory you are referring to. However, there are those companies that seem to pop up on every listing. Here is a list of the top 10 most frequently listed pharmaceutical companies:
1. Johnson & Johnson United States Revenue In Billions: 61,90
2. Pfizer United States Revenue In Billions: 50,01
3. Roche Switzerland Revenue In Billions: 47,35
4. Glaxo-Smithkline U.K. Revenue In Billions: 45,83
5. Novartis Switzerland Revenue In Billions: 44,27
6. Sanofi-Aventis France Revenue In Billions: 41,99
7. Astra Zeneca U.K. Revenue In Billions: 32,81
8. Abbott Laboratories United States Revenue In Billions: 30,76
9. Merck & Co United States Revenue In Billions: 27,43
10. Bayer Health Care Germany Revenue In Billions: 22,30
Increasing controversy has arisen that many clinical trials or testing for drugs by pharmaceutical companies are swayed in their favor when a hefty investment has been allotted researches from the companies themselves. Because of this dispute the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America exposed new guidelines advising companies to state all findings and restrict monetary involvement in drug corporations of researchers. Unfortunately many times the truth will never be known until too late. Researchers who have tried in vain to reveal the risk of many pharmaceutical drugs by publishing reports that show hazardous side effects of new, old and less expensive drugs such as buy tramadol online have been threatened with lawsuit’s or the discontinuance of research funds and are therefore silenced.
